The Vocal Improv group is an oasis of creative expression, warmth and a safe space to explore and create.

I offer wellbeing sessions which focus on ways to play with and use our voices. Voice sessions can be merely for fun and for team building purposes or can have a more specific focus of reducing stress, for example. These sessions fit well for business wellbeing days or other events such as hen dos.

I run groups where we adventure into the world of collaborative vocal improvisation (CVI). I teach basic foundations of CVI and run workshops focusing on deepening our connection with our voices and how to use voice to promote wellbeing.
